Strength to Strength Sisters welcomed Melody Schrock to discuss beauty, designed by God, created for our enjoyment.
Whether we acknowledge it or not, we have a worldview of beauty. Beauty was God’s idea and He has a standard. As women, we are image bearers and we display the beauty of God, but how? When people see us, are they drawn to us or to worship of our Creator? What does it look like to veil ourselves spirit, soul, and body? Is beauty truly in the eye of the beholder? We’ll explore some of these questions in our time together. God has a design and it is good!

Melody is from Harrisonville, PA. She’s enjoyed a wonderful marriage to Cliff Schrock for twenty years. They’re enjoying the different stages, blessings and challenges of parenting and homeschooling their five children: four girls and one son in the middle. They’ve served at Sharon Mennonite Bible Institute as singles, and then together as a couple since 2000. One of Melody’s joys is to be a cheerleader to their staff and the many young people that pass through the halls of SMBI. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing and dabbles in a variety of crafts and art. Flowers are a new favorite hobby.
