Strength to Strength Sisters welcomed Kristi Mast to discuss the power of a focused life.

Most of us understand that our phones are stealing our attention and sometimes even our fruitfulness. But how do we practically master our devices instead of letting them master us, especially when we are drained or looking for escape? Embracing our human limits frees us to employ technology as a tool, rather than something that dehumanizes and distracts. Come talk about practical ways to master the screens in your life.

An interactive question-and-answer period follows.
