Strength to Strength Sisters welcomed Christy Kenaston to discuss how to use the power of the Word to renew our minds and stabilize our hearts.
Whether at home or abroad we women often face a battle in our minds. There are days when thoughts fight against our very soul and threaten to undo our faith and our confidence in Christ. But the Word of God is powerful! It can transform our minds and cut through confusing lies.
“Your word have I hidden in my heart,
Psalm 119:11
That I might not sin against You.”
An interactive question-and-answer period follows.

Christy Kenaston has raised her family of four children on the mission field. She and her husband, Daniel, have been living in West Africa since 1999. For the first 10 years they focused on church planting among the Konkomba tribe of northern Ghana.
Living at the level of their people, in a tropical mud hut, taught Christy many valuable life skills and priceless spiritual lessons. It was in the village of Bunbon that she learned the benefit of ingesting the Word of God. It’s Truths have been a safeguard for her against the deceptive emotional and mental onslaughts of the enemy.
