Strength to Strength hosts periodic Talks to spotlight Kingdom initiatives that can be an inspiration to others in the greater community of Jesus’ followers.

Strength to Strength welcomed four brothers to discuss what their lives look like being a disciple of Jesus. They will share with us ways to pray and partner with them in their work.
The unsung heroes of Jesus’ kingdom are the faithful disciples who serve their Lord without fanfare or applause.
Whether you are a warrior in secret prayer, a widow who casts in the last two mites, or a worker advancing the bleeding edge of the kingdom, you can rest assured that deeds of service do not escape the eye of our benevolent King.
An interactive question-and-answer period follows.
“Where your talents and the needs of the world cross, there lies your vocation.”

“Elliot” (alias) is a husband, father of four, and involved in leadership of his local church. He works full time with an Anabaptist organization whose purpose is to mobilize disciples for the darkest regions of the 10/40 Window.
“Elliot” plans to share about a recent trip to the Middle East where he was blessed to be able to fellowship with new followers of Jesus from several different people groups. He hopes to inspire believers to take the Good News to those who have never heard.
(Due to security concerns, this segment will not be a part of the video recordings.)

Gary Miller joins us to introduce his new book, “What Jesus Refused to Do.” This book is a condenced version of “Sidetracked,” and is targeted towards mass-distribution.
Gary lives with his wife Patty and family in Idaho, where he serves his local congregation in Caldwell.

Bryant Martin joins us to represent All-Nations Bible Translation, a ministry devoted to partner with churches to send teams who facilitate Bible translation and community development while working to establish indigenous churches.
Bryant is married to Lynelle, and together they have seven children. They are a part of the Followers of Jesus congregation in State College, Pennsylvania.
